Our services, including counseling, psychological assessments, cognitive retraining, and other related activities, are provided both offline (in-person) and online (virtual). These services do not involve shipping or delivery of physical goods.

1.1 Service Delivery

• Offline Services: Services are provided at our physical location: No. 12, Ground Floor, Ganesh Nagar Main Road, Selaiyur, Chennai - 600073, Tamil Nadu, India.

• Online Services: Services are delivered via virtual platforms. Clients are required to ensure their own setup for online sessions, including device readiness, a noise-free environment, and a stable internet connection.

2. No Shipping or Delivery
As our services do not involve shipping or delivery of physical goods, conditions related to shipping or delivery are not applicable.
