Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Client

  • 24 Hours or More Prior to Appointment:
    If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charge.

  • Between 6 to 24 Hours Prior to Appointment:
    If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 50% refund or may reschedule without additional charge.

  • Less Than 6 Hours Prior to Appointment or No-Show:
    Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will not receive a refund. The full fee for the appointment will be forfeited.

1.2 Cancellation by MAPS

  • MAPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund if a suitable rescheduling option is not available.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Full Refund:
    A full refund will be provided if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This applies to both offline and online appointments.

  • 50% Refund:
    A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment between 6 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This applies to both offline and online appointments.

  • No Refund:
    No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment time or for no-shows. This applies to both offline and online appointments.

2.2 Refund Processing

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Payments:
    Payments made for online appointments where the client fails to ensure proper device setup, a noise-free environment, or stable internet connection are non-refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to make these arrangements, and MAPS will not be liable for any issues arising from these factors.

2.3 Handling of Refund Requests

  • Submission:
    To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via email at support@manomithra.in or by phone at +91 83000 36272. Provide your appointment details and the reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.

  • Review and Approval:
    All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy. Approval of refunds is subject to verification of the provided information and adherence to the cancellation policy.

3. Important Notes

  • Late Arrival Policy:
    Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. If a client is late by more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or the consulting time may be reduced. The client will be charged for the full appointment time if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, and no refund will be issued.

  • Online Appointments:
    For online appointments, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their device is ready, the environment is noise-free, and a stable internet connection is available. MAPS is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues arising from the client’s failure to meet these requirements. Payments are non-refundable for issues related to the client's setup.
