1. Appointments and Cancellations
1.1. Scheduling
Appointments for all services must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times, but availability may vary. Please note that the scheduling of appointments is at the sole discretion of management.
1.2. Punctuality
Clients must make their own arrangements to attend appointments and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If a client is late by more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or the consulting time may be reduced.
1.3. Online Appointments
For online appointments, it is the client's responsibility to ensure:
Device Readiness: The device used for the appointment is ready and functioning.
Noise-Free Environment: The environment is free from excessive noise.
Stable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is available for smooth communication.
We are not responsible for any discrepancies or issues arising from the client’s failure to meet these requirements. Payments must be paid in full, and no refunds will be issued due to issues related to online arrangements.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1. Fees
Fees for our services are detailed in our service agreement or during the initial consultation. Please consult our fee schedule for specific rates applicable to each service.
2.2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. We accept all forms of payment such as UPI, credit/debit card, Net banking and Cash. Late payments may attract additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation by Client:
24 Hours or More Prior to Appointment:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charge.Between 6 to 24 Hours Prior to Appointment:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 50% refund or may reschedule without additional charge.Less Than 6 Hours Prior to Appointment or No-Show:
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will not receive a refund. The full fee for the appointment will be forfeited.
3.2. Cancellation by MAPS
MAPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund if a suitable rescheduling option is not available.
