Establish a stable position.
Form the Shikhara hand gesture accurately.
Keep fingers active but not rigid.
Relax the wrist and shoulder.
Add eye focus, expression, or arm movement only after the hand shape is stable.
Release without forcing the joints.
Take care with the wrists; stop if they become uncomfortable.
Add eye focus, arm movement, expression, rhythm, and choreography under qualified classical-dance instruction.
Arranged for you
The library holds a practice in the same form for everyone. A routine is the result of choosing from it, in an order, for the time you have.
